Load/Discharge rates: 5000MT per wwd All excluded even used. Shifting on berth will not to count as lay time and only one shifting on owners account and rest on charts account.
-Disport Kandla: 1/2 safe berth, all excluded even used. One shifting owners account and time not to count.
Dis-rate: 6000MT pwwd.
-Frt to be quoted in AED and or USD, the charter have liberty to pay in any of these currencies.
-90% FRT to be paid with in 2 Banking days of the issuance of the BL, remaining 10% after 30 Days
of receipt of all documents from the owners and the agents.
- Charts Agent Bend both ends ,owners to pay all port charges relates to the vessel dues.
-Rest all as per FERTICON charter party.
-Comm : 3.75% TTL
